The Cyklop LAPOMATIC-F is a versatile, semi-automatic paper tape dispenser suitable for industries like salami production and garbage bag manufacturing. It features an electric mechanism designed to handle gummed paper tape, facilitating efficient sealing operations for large volumes of packaging. The device incorporates a photocell to precisely read tape marks, allowing it to also function as a labeling machine if needed. This robust machine is compatible with gummed paper tape, with a supported roll width ranging from 20 mm to 100 mm. It is capable of dispensing tape at a rate of 55 meters per minute. The LAPOMATIC-F includes practical features such as a repeat button for consistent dispensing of two lengths and an automatic power cut-off after 30 minutes of inactivity to conserve energy. To enhance durability, all corrosion-susceptible components are polished or galvanized. Additionally, the dispenser offers options such as a maximum outer roll diameter of 300 mm and a foot pedal start for convenience. A variant, the Lapomatic 200F, is available to accommodate tape widths up to 200 mm. This user-friendly and quiet machine ensures a reliable performance tailored for demanding packaging operations.
